Yesterday I went to a Meeting at ACTSA (ACT stamp artists) we meet the last Sat of the Month, and Mary (one of the members) demonstrated a technique called Bokeh, so I made my own template using some acetate and some Spellbinder circle dies to cut out some different size circles, I used this technique on 2 of the pages.
On the March Page I used 3 of the new Tim Holtz distress ink pads on white card, On the April page I used Dylusions white paint on black card, On the May page I used some Dylusions sprays and a stencil.
